Branding
FIPS 160
Perennial provides a Certificate of Validation for C
compilers meeting the validation requirements for Federal Information
Processing Standard (FIPS) Publication 160, C Language. The test method used
is the Perennial ACVS. A list of current FIPS 160 implementations validated
with ACVS is contained in the FIPS
160 Validated Products List.
XPG/UNIX95 C90 Component Branding
Perennial's Conformance Test Laboratory is accredited by The Open Group
(formerly X/Open) to provide XPG/UNIX95 Component Branding for C Compilers (C90). The test
method used is either ACVS or CVSA. A list of current XPG/UNIX95 conforming C compilers branded
using ACVS/CVSA is contained in the XPG/UNIX95
C90 Validated Products List.
ISO-C99
Perennial provides a Certificate of Validation for C compilers meeting the
validation requirements of the 1999 version of the ISO C Standard, aka C99. The
test method used is CVSA. A list of C language processors conforming to the 1999 version of ISO C is contained in the ISO-C99/CVSA Validated Products List.
POSIX® Conformance
FIPS 151-2
Perennial is accredited by the National Institute for Standards and
Technology (NIST), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers
(IEEE), as an Accredited POSIX Test Laboratory. The test method used is the
PCTS 151-2.
